1.    Processing order shall be done in 2 working days.

2.    Please be informed that colours may differ slightly due to camera flash or your computer/hand phone display setting. We aim to ensure that the images & description of the items displayed are accurate as possible in terms of colour & size. Whilst every effort has been made to achieve this, we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the product.

3.    Strictly no refund/exchange. If you are unsure about the colour, please buy directly at out Vendor Boutique.

4.    An exchange shall be permitted for DEFECTIVE only. If you wish to return your order for any reason, please do contact us within 3 working days. After we approved the return, it should be received by us within 4 working days WITHOUT stains/any kind of marks/body odours/perfume scents/altered.
